The October Tone Parties are back.
After long operating on a biennial basis, the festival is now moving to an annual schedule. Every autumn, October Tone returns to Strasbourg for two nights of concerts, celebration, and guest artists you don’t come across just anywhere.
In 2026, the OTPs will take place on October 23 and 24 at Karmen Camina. Having chosen the weekend of the switch to winter time for the past decade, we’ve turned this administrative quirk into our own personal time warp to keep the party going longer.

Le Prince Harry is a weird synth punk / electro punk duo from
Belgium, famous for their energy fueled performances mixing electronic
beats, catchy synthesizer riffs and punk attitude. They played hundreds
of gigs all over Europe, toured Canada and La Réunion, at ease on big
stages ( Fusion, Dour festival, Le Cabaret Vert, La Villette...) and in
small clubs. They shared the bill with names like The Horrorist, The
Spits, The Exploited, DAF, The Kids...

Chevreuil is a French rock duo formed in 1998 by Julien F. and Tony C., three years after they met at the École des Beaux-Arts in Nantes. From the outset, they approached the concept of a band as a performative installation—an autonomous sculptural device dedicated to sound, space, and movement, rather than a traditional rock ensemble.
Julien and Tony play “magnetic drums” and “magnetic guitar,” respectively—a proto-semantic concept unique to them, which compares their playing to an instinctive physical phenomenon that naturally exerts attractive or repulsive forces. Their interaction is minimal yet intense, grounded in reduction, repetition, and an architectural approach. Their music functions as an assemblage of interlocking, layered, geometric, and structured rhythmic and harmonic blocks.
Rejecting a traditional setup, Chevreuil has developed a quadraphonic system in which Tony’s guitar passes through four amplifiers surrounding Julien’s drum set. This configuration allows them to play anywhere, requiring nothing more than an electrical outlet. The result is both physical and spatial: a minimalist engine of rhythm and resonance that functions as much as an installation as it does as a band.
